Frequently Asked Questions
As we start our journey to Virgin Connect,
we realise you may have a few questions.
What changes will you see?
We’ll be saying goodbye to purple and hello to red. We’ll also be offering our customers an enhanced customer experience, whilst continuing to connect the regions and our passengers to what matters most.
I want to book a flight. What happens now?
Until we rebrand to Virgin Connect, please visit flybe.com to continue to book flights, check in and manage your booking.
Will my booking with Flybe still be valid if you change to Virgin Connect?
Yes, all flights booked with Flybe will still be valid should we rebrand to Virgin Connect before you travel. We’ll take care of all the details so all you have to do is look forward to flying.
Will the same routes still exist?
Our summer schedule is bookable for travel up to the 24th October 2020. We will remain true to our heritage which is offering essential regional connectivity to local communities.
Will you still fly the Q400 and will you repaint the planes?
Yes, the Q400 aircraft is the backbone of our fleet and we can’t wait to begin rolling out their new look once we have rebranded.
Will you be introducing a Loyalty Programme?
Our Loyalty Programme is in the making. More information will be coming soon.
Will you be using MAN as a hub?
Manchester is already one of our key hubs and with our family of airlines including Virgin Atlantic and Delta Air Lines, we have more flights than any other airline partnership at Manchester Airport.
When will you share more details on the rebrand?
We will be keeping virginconnect.co.uk up to date with all our latest Virgin Connect announcements and news.
